Our own Lion Sheila had a great time at the annual witches ball last night. Lions Wilma and Wendy were there as well. Lots of great outfits on the local witches. Thanks for coming everybody!

Here’s just a couple of the booths at the annual Psychic Fair and Witches ball, put on by our own Lion Sheila.

Lion’s Tammy and Al are set up at the Northumberland Home and Leisure Show.  Here, we talked to a lot of people about the Lions and what we do.

We were barbecuing once again at the annual walk a mile Festival downtown. Everyone had their red shoes out, ready to walk for Cornerstone.  We provided a delicious female breakfast sandwich to everybody involved. 

Your Cobourg lions were busy at the barbecue again this weekend, Sept 26, 2026, with the Hike Bike and Bark event in support of Ed’s House Hospice. We had over 65 dogs take part as well as their humans.  Thank you to everyone who made it out for this great cause. 

On Saturday September 19, 2026, we were treated to a huge lot of beautiful, classic cars last weekend. And later, a roast beef dinner and fantastic show from Hamilton hep-cats, The Hellbent Rockers. They shook up the hall with their rockabilly tunes and the dance floor was a blast. We had an amazing table full…

The Cobourg Lions Club was serving up another BBQ at Merwin Greer Public School today at their open house and book sale. Even Cobourg’s mayor made an appearance. What a great crew!

On July 25, 2026, the Lions Centre was rockin’ with the Luke Combs and Chris Stapleton tributes. Everybody was on the floor dancing up a storm!

The Lion’s Hall had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year. Guests were treated to a fabulous meal followed by live music from Coup de Ville. The band played all the hits and the crowd danced until 2026! We can’t wait to do it again next year!

The Lion’s Community Centre was treated to an incredible performance on Saturday night. Will Chalmers did beautiful renditions of about 30 Neil Diamond hits. The crowd was dancing and singing along.
