The Lions Club of Cobourg has been awarded Dr. of Philanthropy Honour

During their recent meeting held at Northumberland Hills Hospital, members were surprised with this special recognition. Established in 2015, the award honours those who make significant contributions to community health, beyond just monetary donations.

The Lions Club of Cobourg has been a steadfast partner with NHH Foundation, volunteering at hospital events and providing support in countless ways. 

Special shoutout to Lion Ron Wiebe, who received the honour from Dr. Mukesh Bhargava and Dr. Kate Everdell.
